Objet métier - "Carte OSM" : Fond de plan non visible

Lors que l'on créé un formulaire (en update par exemple) contentant un champ de type "Carte OSM", ce dernière fonctionnera sans problème bienque le fond de plan OSM n'est pas affiché, il reste blanc.
